Since our founding in 2000, SunScape Consulting has been known for quality landscape management services, exceptional efficiency and the highest level of professionalism. We work as a liaison between owners, management companies and the landscape contractors and architects retained for their projects, taking pride in creating and maintaining beautiful landscape assets within specified budgets. We offer Landscape Architecture and Project Management Services for landscape and hardscape renovations, along with oversight for new construction projects. Additionally, we provide Landscape Maintenance Program Development that includes ongoing management and specification enforcement through monthly inspections and arbor care supervision, as well as one-time assessments and RFP Administration. We service multi-family and single family communities and resort hospitality properties across the Southeastern, Southern, Southwestern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
Our experienced on-staff landscape architect is well-versed in commercial and residential design and specializes in multi-family landscape and hardscape renovations and improvements, including structural hardscape elements. Additionally, our efficient approach to design services helps us produce plans and support images on time and at affordable fees.
HARDSCAPE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We offer professional supervision of hardscape development with varying degrees of involvement on projects ranging from paving systems and summer kitchens to stone work, carpentry, iron work, aluminum fabrication and structural hardscape elements, such as retaining walls or erosion barriers. We have consistently proven that our involvement and expertise produces a higher level of workmanship and finished product.
LANDSCAPE / ARBOR CARE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our administrative and operational oversight can be retained for new construction or renovation projects. We design many of the projects that we manage, but we can also oversee projects that other firms have designed or provide new construction oversight in tandem with other landscape architects. No matter our specific role, we will ensure that quality plant and tree material is installed in accordance with the landscape plans and specifications and that the contractor utilizes proper horticultural practices. Additionally, our certified Arborist is experienced in the supervision of large hardwood tree removal and structural pruning, along with nutritional supplements and pest & disease control.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
SunScape's process begins with a thorough assessment of your property, which allows us to create a very detailed scope of work that carefully addresses the horticultural and agronomic needs of your specific landscape. Our process continues through our management of the bidding process on behalf of our client, which includes assisting with contractor selection and the preparation of all contract-related documents. Then, we administer the program by properly acclimating the contractor to the property and communicating our client's expectations to them. Through ongoing monthly inspections of the property, we oversee the contractor's performance and enforce the scope of work as defined in the contract.

Pete has worked in the Landscape Industry since 2005 as an Account, Area or Operations Manager for All Pro Landcare, TruGreen LandCare and Girard Environmental before joining SunScape as a Senior Consultant in October 2013. Pete continues to manage many of our prestigious accounts throughout Florida along with providing leadership and training to our Associates.

Scott has worked in the Agronomic and Landscape Maintenance Industries since 2007, holding positions from Account Manager, Fertilizer & Pest Operations Manager, Regional Agronomy & Irrigation Manager to Director of Maintenance Operations for a variety of contractors primarily in the Lakeland, Tampa and Sarasota areas. Scott joined us in September 2023, primarily to manage accounts for us in West Florida which is our fastest growing market, while still providing assistance on limited Central Florida accounts.

Jon has worked in the landscape maintenance industry since 1998 in a variety of roles from managing production crews, monitoring quality control, training maintenance staff to all facets of branch operations for some of the largest landscape contractors in Central Florida. Jon joined SunScape Consulting in March 2026 as an Associate to further improve our team and our ability to grow the business through quality control. Jon will be managing accounts in Central and North Florida for a variety of clients.

Jeff worked in the landscape industry in Pennsylvania as a Lead Agronomist for Earthworks/Soil First, where he processed and analyzed 10,000-15,000 soil tests per year for 5+ years. From 2013-2017, he was a Site Manager for Merit Service Solution, then worked as Director of Purchasing/Project Manager for Realty Landscaping as a Buyer while managing subcontractors for construction/maintenance production. Jeff joined SunScape in October 2023 & has responsibiites in North, Central, East & South Florida managing a diverse group of accounts for some of our oldest and most loyal clients.

Blake has extensive experience in Landscape Architecture since graduating from the University of Georgia in 1997, working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining us, Blake worked for Dix.Hite, a prominent landscape architecture firm in Central Florida. While there, Blake partnered with SunScape on numerous projects prior to joining our firm in 2017. His expertise includes designing & managing renovation landscape and hardscape projects for many of our Multi-Family and Resort Hospitality clients in multiple states.
